On the way up - some of the more obscure foreign beers (ie, look at increase in number of Belgium bars). On the way down - something has to replace Heineken at the status quo at some stage??

I'm very sceptical about all this low carb/calorie' beer. If I want that I'll have water thanks!! Springwater or something. Sounds like a fizzy water. Feels like Speights Distinction is on the way up, but not too keen on the packaging but does feel a bit up and coming. Tsing Tao going down. Macs, interesting packaging but I'm not convinced. Doesn't really make me want to drink it. Monteiths not doing much, feels like they are just stagnant

various Asian beers are popular - like Asahi. Same with San Miguel and the Macs selection.

Sol & Corona too - the lime must make it feel 'exotic'

Sol and Corona seem have to successfully targeted a lot of mexican resturants with their 'bucket o' beer' thing - which will always help. Mac's rebranding seems to have worked, backed by their 'Great White' which is delicious. DB Export is treading water. Tui is rooted. The whole yeah, right campaign was brilliant... not!
